- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Address Collection

We accept returns for MAG Boxes and other hardware devices under the following conditions:

- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Note: Software purchases, subscriptions, and digital items are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products that show signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item and include the RMA number with your shipment.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Inspection and Refunds
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Exchanges
