1. IPTV Subscription Services

1.1 Free IPTV Trial

We offer a free IPTV trial to allow you to evaluate our service and ensure that our package meets your needs. We encourage you to take advantage of this trial to assess our IPTV service’s quality before placing a paid order.

1.2 Subscription Orders

Once your IPTV subscription order is processed, we will send activation details to your email. Please note that activation requires us to register your MAC address on our servers, and credits will be utilized from our side.

1.3 Refunds for Subscriptions

  • 7-Day Subscriptions: Subscriptions lasting 7 days are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred. Once activated and linked to your unique MAC address, these subscriptions are non-transferable to other users.
  • One-Month Subscriptions: If you find that our IPTV service is not suitable for your needs, you can request a refund for the first month within 7 days of activation, provided that no issues related to service delivery or technical support are pending. After this period, refunds for one-month subscriptions will no longer be available.
  • Long-Term Subscriptions (3 Months or More): For subscriptions lasting over 3 months, we offer the option to transfer to a different package. If you decide the service does not meet your needs, we may offer a pro-rated refund, minus the usage time for the subscription.
  • Technical Issues: In case of technical issues with the service that cannot be resolved by our support team, we may offer a full or partial refund. Please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the issue arising.

1.4 MAC Address and Activation

Each IPTV subscription is activated by registering your unique MAC address. Once activated, it is linked to your account and cannot be transferred or refunded unless due to a technical issue. Please ensure that your device is compatible with our service before proceeding with the activation.

1.5 How to Request a Subscription Refund

If you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined, please contact our support team at support@abcmdigital.tv within the relevant time frame, providing your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

2. Hardware Products (MAG Boxes and Accessories)

2.1 Return Eligibility for Hardware

We accept returns for MAG Boxes and other hardware products under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2.2 Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products that are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”

2.3 Refund Process for Hardware Products

To request a refund for a hardware item:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item, including an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

2.4 Defective or Incorrect Hardware Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
  • Photos or videos of the defective product may be requested for verification purposes.

2.5 How to Request a Hardware Refund

3. General Refund Terms

3.1 Processing Time for Refunds

  • Refunds for both subscription services and hardware products will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • For subscription refunds, the amount will be credited back to the payment method used during the initial transaction.
  • Refunds for hardware products will be credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • After shipment, cancellations are not permitted for both hardware and subscription products.
